Description The Steak Knife Restaurant and Lounge is the only steakhouse in the Smithville area. We specialize in USDA Choice steaks from Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble, MO. All of our entrees are fresh, never frozen. We grind our own hamburger and even hand cut and batter our onion rings, chicken strips and pork tenderloins. Signature items such as the “Stuffed Burger,” “Chicken Cordon Bleu,” “Stuffed Pork Chop” and the “Sweet Potato Fries” have become quite popular.
