With over 175 miles of shoreline it is no wonder Smithville Lake is estimated to have around 1.9 million visitors each year. Make sure you take time to fish! Originally stocked in this lake was largemouth bass, tiger musky, crappie, walleye, and many different species of catfish. A Missouri fishing license is required for residents and non-residents.
