Smithville Parks


Smith's Fork Park
Located below the dam at 1601 Missouri Route DD, this park features two lighted base-ball fields, six soccer fields, restrooms, BMX bike trail, skate park, two shelters, fishing and camping at Smith’s Fork Campground.

Also enjoy the Lake Remote Park & Nature Area which offers 3.95 miles of trails in a 40-acre setting.
Heritage Park
Located on Main St. (Highway DD) east of downtown, this park includes two lighted base-ball fields, a T-ball field, two lighted tennis courts, four soccer fields, a shelter house, playground, picnic tables and a
half-mile paved walking trail.
Courtyard Park
Located in the middle of downtown Smithville on Main St. (DD Highway) this park is perfect for community gatherings. The Ali Kemp Memorial Stage with electricity, picnic table and park benches have been put to good use.
Helvey Park
Enjoy fishing under the large shade trees in this 10-acre lake stocked with bass, catfish, carp and walleye. Located on 1 Helvey Dr. (just west of Dam Rd.) this park also has picnic tables available.
