To keep pace with rising costs of delivering a high-quality email service, we are increasing the price of our email service.

The cost is $1.99 per month for 1 GB of storage per email address. Additional storage upgrades are available per address:
-1 GB – $1.99/month
-2 GB – $2.49/month
-5 GB – $5.99/month
-10 GB – $9.99/month

To opt in and keep your Smithville email address active, you must complete one of the following actions before the deadline:
1. Visit Smithville.com/optin and complete the web form for each address you wish to keep.
2. Call 800-742-4084 to speak with one of our representatives or leave a message.
3. Send a letter by mail to Smithville with your name, Smithville account number, the email address(es) you wish to keep, your signature and the date.

If you do not opt in before the response due date, your Smithville email account will be deactivated and deleted. You will no longer have access to your inbox, files, contacts, or other data stored in the email account. Your account will not be charged for email service.
