Make sure that you have requested a voicemail log in username and password from our Customer Contact Center at (812) 876-2211. Next, please check to make sure you are correctly typing your username and password. If your issue has still not been resolved, please call our Tech Support Center at (800) 742-4084 for additional troubleshooting.

On the rare occasions when we change a setting, even though it doesn’t affect your voicemail, it prompts the voicemail box to have you change your PIN. You can select a new PIN between 4 and 16 numbers, or you can reuse a previous PIN.
